Our Coating

Elite Coatings Industrial Coating is a type of protection that is applied to various surfaces to enhance their durability and resistance to wear and tear. It is made up of a mixture of ceramic particles and a binding agent, which is then applied to the surface using a spray gun or other application method. This coating is commonly used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing to protect equipment and machinery from corrosion, abrasion, and other forms of damage.

How It Is Installed

The installation of a ceramic coating involves several steps to ensure a proper and long-lasting application. First, the surface to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned and prepared to remove any dirt, debris, or contaminants that could interfere with the coating's adhesion.

Once the surface is clean and dry, the ceramic coating is sprayed onto the surface via HVLP spray gun. The coating is applied in a thick, even layer, making sure to avoid any drips or runs. The coating is then left to dry for an amount of time, which varies from a couple hours to a full day depending on the specific temperature and humidity. After the coating has dried, it will continue to cure and reach full hardness around 4-6 days after installation.

Overall, the installation of a ceramic coating requires careful attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the product and application process. We take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and effective installation.

How Our Coating Works

A thick layer of nanoparticles is applied to the surface. The nanoparticles are engineered to bond chemically with the surface and form a strong, durable, and hydrophobic (water-repellent) protective layer. This layer acts as a shield against various environmental contaminants such as water, dirt, salt, bird droppings, tree sap, UV rays, etc.

In the context of filling pores, the nanoparticles in the ceramic coating can penetrate and fill in the microscopic pores and imperfections present on the surface. This filling action helps create a smoother and more uniform surface, reducing the likelihood of contaminants bonding to the surface and making it easier to clean. The filled pores also contribute to the coating's ability to enhance gloss and provide a sleek appearance.
